PROMOTION REQUIREMENTS AND ELIGIBILITY

Promotion valid between 11/24/2025 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and 3/15/2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the “Promotional Period”) and includes two (2) offers: (i) New Customer Lossback offer and (ii) New Customer Casino Spins offer. To be eligible for DraftKings Casino and the Promotion, you must be physically located in CT, MI, NJ, PA, or WV (each an “Eligible Jurisdiction,” or collectively, "Eligible Jurisdictions") and you must be 21+ years of age or older. New customers only. Any customer who is found to be ineligible to play on DraftKings (i.e., by way of self-exclusion from gambling, restriction due to employment, or otherwise) may not participate in this Promotion and immediately forfeits any bonus rewards which have been awarded under this Promotion. Customers who have previously redeemed a new customer offer are ineligible for this Promotion.

In addition to the eligibility requirements set forth above and in the DraftKings Terms of Use, to participate in the Promotion, customers must: (1) have never had a DraftKings Casino account and sign up for a new Casino account; or have a Casino account but never made a wager in their Casino account; (2) opt-in to each offer separately by clicking the appropriate link/button within the Promotional Period; and (3) place Qualifying Wagers on Eligible Games during the Promotional Period (defined below).

LOSSBACK OFFER REDEMPTION

Upon completion of the promotion requirements, qualified customers will be eligible to earn Bonus Rewards according to the following play requirements:
Customers who play Eligible Games will earn 100% of their net losses back up to a maximum of $1,000 in Casino Credits (the “Bonus Reward or “Bonus Rewards”).
--Customers will have 24 hours from the time of opt-in (the “Lossback Period”) to earn their net losses back.
--Net Losses: Net losses are defined as your total wins subtracted from your total losses.

--Eligible Games: All Casino games excluding Craps Games, Live Dealer Games, and DK Digits.

Wagers must be placed with cash from your cash balance or DK Dollars. Wagers placed with bonus rewards (e.g., Casino Credits or Casino Bonus Funds) will not count toward this Promotion. Lossback eligible for DraftKings Casino only. All wagers placed prior to opt-in are void and cannot be retroactively added. Only eligible wagers placed after opt-in during the Lossback Period will count towards the net losses. Eligible customers will be issued their lossback within 72 business hours of the end of the Lossback Period.

CASINO SPINS OFFER REDEMPTION

Upon completion of the promotion requirements, qualified customers will be eligible to earn Bonus Rewards according to the following play requirements:
Wager $5 on Eligible Games to earn 500 Casino Spins for Cash Eruption slots (the “Bonus Reward”). Casino Spins issued to customers’ accounts as fifty (50) spins each day for a total of ten (10) days (50 spins x 10 days = 500 spins). Customers must log in each day for 10 days in a row after opting in to receive their daily allotment of Casino Spins earned from this Promotion. Each day is defined as 12:00 AM ET to 11:59 PM ET.

-Qualifying Wagers: Minimum $5 in cumulative wagers
-Eligible Games: All Casino Games except Craps Games.

Qualifying Wagers must be placed with cash from your cash balance or DK Dollars. Wagers placed with bonus rewards (e.g., Casino Credits or Casino Bonus Funds) will not count toward this Promotion. BONUS REWARDS LIMITATIONS

Casino Credits Limitations:
Casino Credits are single-use, non-transferable, non-withdrawable, and have no cash value. Casino Credits are valid for seven (7) days (168 hours) from the time they are credited to customers’ accounts. Customers can choose when to use Casino Credits and must select Casino Credits before placing a game wager. Failure to use Casino Credits before expiration will void the reward. Payouts from Casino Credit wagers include the original stake and will be transferred to the customer’s cash balance at which time they may be withdrawn. If a customer has received multiple Casino Credit rewards, the Casino Credits that expire first will be used first. If a customer does not have enough Casino Credits to make a minimum wager on a game, the remaining Casino Credits will be converted into DK Dollars. Casino Credits can be used on select games, excluding Electric Poker. Not all Casino games are available in each jurisdiction.
DK Dollars are site credits that are single-use, non-transferable, non-withdrawable, and have no cash value. DK Dollars are used prior to any cash in your balance. DK Dollars do not expire and must be wagered 1x prior to withdrawal of winnings. For example, if you place a wager of $5 DK Dollars on the color red on a Roulette game, and you win, you will receive a total of $10 in cash. Your $5 DK Dollars wager is converted to cash, and you will receive your winnings as $5 cash. There are no restrictions or play-through requirements on winnings earned from DK Dollars. DK dollars cannot be combined with Casino Credits, each must be used independently to make a wager. To learn more see

Casino Spins Limitations:
Casino Spins valid only on Select Games and valued at $0.20 per spin. Spins available for use on Cash Eruption games, including "Cash Eruption," "Cash Eruption Coins & Clovers," "Cash Eruption Power Surge," "Cash Eruption Vegas," "Cash Eruption Fa Cai Shu," "Cash Eruption Hoggin Cash," "Cash Eruption Red Hot Joker," "Cash Eruption Hephaestus," "Cash Eruption Rey Picante Del Pollo," and "Cash Eruption Big Bank Breakout" (each a “Select Game” and together the “Select Games”).
In jurisdictions where Select Games may not be available, DraftKings will provide Bonus Rewards for another featured game of equal or greater value, or will offer an equivalent value in the number of Spins given. Casino Spins (“Spins”) are game credits rewarded by DraftKings promotions or through gameplay on select games. Spins are single-use, non-transferable, non-withdrawable, and are only eligible for use on the game for which they were issued. Spins are locked to the jurisdiction in which they have been issued and may only be used in that jurisdiction. Spins are controlled by the game’s developer and may be referred to as (“Free Spins,” “Free Rounds,” “Bonus Spins,” etc.). DraftKings does not control the functionality of Spins. DraftKings may reward Spins at specific values, a specific number of Spins, or a specific value and number of Spins. In all cases, a single Spin will be worth at least the minimum wager on the eligible game for which it was issued. Customers can choose when to use Spins and must select to use Spins before placing a game wager. If a customer has received Spins from other DraftKings promotions, the Spins that expire first will be used first. CUSTOMERS MUST LOG IN EACH DAY TO RECEIVE BONUS REWARD ALLOTMENT. SPINS ISSUED TO CUSTOMERS' ACCOUNTS IN ALLOTMENTS OF 50 SPINS PER DAY FOR A TOTAL OF 10 DAYS. EACH ALLOTMENT OF SPINS FROM THIS PROMOTION EXPIRES 24 HOURS AFTER BEING ISSUED. Failure to use Spins before expiration will void the reward. Customers must log in each day for 10 days in a row after opt-in to receive their daily allotment of Spins. Customers who fail to log in forfeit their Spins for that day. Spins payouts from Spin wagers will be transferred to the customer’s cash balance at which time they may be withdrawn. Spins wagers do not contribute to Crown accruals, leaderboards, in-game jackpots, or DraftKings Casino jackpots. Upon notice to customers, DraftKings may change the game availability of Casino Spins at any time and at DraftKings's sole discretion.
Customers may choose which Select Game they would like to play to use their Spins. Customers may choose by entering the Select Game and beginning gameplay with the Casino Spins feature. Upon using a Spin for that chosen Select Game, the remaining Spins rewarded from that day’s allotment of Spins are locked to that Select Game, meaning the customer may not use that day’s rewarded Spins on any other Select Game. Upon collecting the next day’s Spins, customers may choose the same or a different Select Game. For example: A customer collects 50 spins on 10/10 and chooses to play Cash Eruption Vegas. The customer uses 1 rewarded Spin on Cash Eruption Vegas. The remaining 49 Spins must be used on Cash Eruption Vegas before they expire. On 10/11, a customer can collect another allotment of 50 Spins from the Promotion and choose a different Select Game.

GENERAL TERMS

Limit one (1) offer redemption per customer. Reward substitutions or changes will be made in DraftKings's sole discretion. Whether a customer has committed abuse of this Promotion, violated the Promotion Terms or DraftKings Terms of Use, will be determined by DraftKings in its sole discretion, for any reason or no reason at all. Should you wish to cancel your participation in this promotion at any time, please contact customer experience at support@draftkings.com. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any non-wagered funds deposited and any wagered deposit funds that have not been lost in connection with this promotion subject to DraftKings Terms of Use. However, any applicable bonus rewards in your account, including winnings that are subject to a bonus reward with a play through requirement that has not been met, shall be void, subject to forfeiture, and may not be transferred or withdrawn. All promotions are subject to the DraftKings Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By accepting any bonus rewards, registered customers agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this Promotion. If physically located in PA, this Promotion will comply with subsection 813.3(e) regarding cancellation in this Promotion by a customer.
