To claim the promotion, the eligible customers must: (1) be physically located in an Eligible Jurisdiction and attained the appropriate age, (2) be a registered DraftKings Casino player with an active account, (3) be invited to participate in this promotion; (4) opt in to this promotion by 7/16/23 11:59 PM Eastern Time. The Promotional Period begins upon successful opt in and concludes on 7/16/23 11:59 PM Eastern Time (ET). Qualified DraftKings players who opt in to the promotion are eligible to earn $10 in Casino Credits when they reach $300 in settled wagers on Slots Games, up to $1,000 Casino Credits as well as $10 Casino Credits when they reach $800 in settled wagers on Table Games and Live Dealer, up to $1,000. All Craps Games are excluded from this promotion. If qualified, you will be credited instantly, or in the event of technical issues, within 72 hours. Bonus Rewards issued as Casino Credits: Casino Credits can be used on any Casino game, with the exception of Live Dealer in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Failure to use the Casino Credits within seven (7) days of them being credited to your account will void the award. For the avoidance of doubt, the seven (7) day expiration period is measured as 168 hours from the time the Casino Credits are deposited into the consumer’s DraftKings Casino account. Not all DraftKings Casino games are viable in each jurisdiction. Casino Credits must be wagered 1x and potential winnings cannot be withdrawn until played through. There are no restrictions on the funds a customer will receive if their bet wins. If their bet loses, they will not receive any reward. Casino Credits are non-cashable, non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn. Casino Credits stake is not included in any returns or winnings. This means that if the Casino Credit wins, the original Casino Credit stake is not returned to the customer; only the profit will be credited. Ex: If a $5 Casino Credit is bet and wins, only the profit of $5 will be credited to the customers’ account. Winnings generated from wagering of Casino Credits will be transferred to the registered customer’s Cash Balance at which time they may be withdrawn. If a customer has multiple Casino Credits on the same game, the Casino Credits that expire first will be used first. If a customer does not have enough Casino Credits to make a minimum wager on the game, the remaining Casino Credits will be converted into DK Dollars and immediately added to the customer’s balance. Original deposit must be played 1x and cannot be withdrawn until played through. If deposit bonus funds are withdrawn directly after the qualifying deposit has been made, the account will be subject to restriction(s) and/or potential closure of the account. Attempting to place risk-free or low-risk bets on any games, including but not limited to Baccarat (i.e. betting both the Player and Banker) and Roulette (i.e. betting both Red and Black), is considered abuse of the promotion and will disqualify the patron from participation. Promotional abuse including but not limited to concurrent bets that take the opposite side of a game will lead to removal from promotion and any series points associated. However, any applicable bonus rewards in your account, including winnings that are subject to a bonus reward with a play-through requirement that has not been met, shall be void, subject to forfeiture, and may not be transferred or withdrawn.
