Must be physically located in: the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the State of Michigan, the State of New Jersey, the State of Connecticut/on-reservation in the State of Connecticut, or the State of West Virginia. (each an “Eligible Jurisdiction” or, collectively, the “Eligible Jurisdictions”). Must be 21+ years of age or older. Offer available on Online DraftKings Casino. To claim the promotion, the eligible customers must: (1) be physically located in an Eligible Jurisdiction and attained the appropriate age, (2) be a registered DraftKings Casino player with an active account, (3) be invited to participate in this promotion; (4) opt in to this promotion by 7/12/2023 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. The Promotional Period begins upon successful opt in and concludes on 7/12/2023 at 11:59 PM ET.

Qualified players will receive two (2) promos to participate in. The promos are: Get $2 Casino Credits for every $120 in settled wagers on Table Games and Live Dealer (Craps Excluded), up to $500 Casino Credits and Get 3% of your total wagers on all Slots Games back, up to $500 in Casino Credits. (Minimum wager requirement of $50). Max payout of $1,000 in Casino Credits from this promotion. Casino Credits can only be used on DraftKings Online Casino. The Promotional Period begins upon opt-in which can occur from 7/10/23 at 12:00 AM ET and ends 7/12/23 at 11:59 PM ET. If qualified, you will be credited instantly, or in the event of technical issues, within 72 hours. Bonus Rewards issued as Casino Credits:

Casino Credits can be used on any Casino game, with the exception of Live Dealer in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Failure to use the Casino Credits within seven (7) days of them being credited to your account will void the award. For the avoidance of doubt, the seven (7) day expiration period is measured as 168 hours from the time the Casino Credits are deposited into the consumer’s DraftKings Casino account. Not all DraftKings Casino games are viable in each jurisdiction. Casino Credits must be wagered 1x and potential winnings cannot be withdrawn until played through. There are no restrictions on the funds a customer will receive if their bet wins. If their bet loses, they will not receive any reward. Casino Credits are non-cashable, non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn. Casino Credits stake is not included in any returns or winnings. This means that if the Casino Credit wins, the original Casino Credit stake is not returned to the customer; only the profit will be credited. Ex: If a $5 Casino Credit is bet and wins, only the profit of $5 will be credited to the customers’ account. Winnings generated from wagering of Casino Credits will be transferred to the registered customer’s Cash Balance at which time they may be withdrawn. See DraftKings terms and conditions for information and limitations on wagering. There are no turnover requirements or restrictions on Casino Credit winnings. If a customer has multiple Casino Credits on the same game, the Casino Credits that expire first will be used first. If a customer does not have enough Casino Credits to make a minimum wager on the game, the remaining Casino Credits will be converted into DK Dollars and immediately added to the customer’s balance.

DK Dollars are site credits that have no cash value and are only valid for use on DraftKings. DK Dollars are used prior to any cash in your balance. DK Dollars are not withdrawable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. DK Dollars do not expire and must be wagered 1x prior to withdrawal of winnings. For example, if you place a wager of $5 DK Dollars on the color red on a Roulette game, and you win, you will receive a total of $10 in cash. Your $5 DK Dollars wager is converted to cash, and you will receive your winnings as $5 cash. There are no restrictions or play-through requirements on winnings earned from DK Dollars. If deposit bonus funds are withdrawn directly after the qualifying deposit has been made, the account will be subject to restriction(s) and/or potential closure of the account. Attempting to place risk-free or low-risk bets on any games, including but not limited to Baccarat (i.e. betting both the Player and Banker) and Roulette (i.e. betting both Red and Black), is considered abuse of the promotion and will disqualify the patron from participation. Promotional abuse including but not limited to concurrent bets that take the opposite side of a game will lead to removal from promotion and any series points associated.
